These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the reFind Consigned Fashion website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
Appointments
Appointment times and limits (including the maximum number of items per appointment) are set out during booking and may change. Please arrive on time and cancel or reschedule in advance if you cannot make your appointment, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Consignment agreement
Consigning items with us is governed by our separate Consignor Agreement and store policies, which you review and sign in your account. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and the signed Consignor Agreement regarding consignment, the Consignor Agreement controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to reFind Consigned Fashion and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to use the site for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information provided by our optional AI assistant is for general guidance only and may not be accurate or complete; for anything important, please confirm with us directly.
Limitation of liability
